Kathleen Jurich possesses extensive experience in customer service and logistics across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Alvogen since September 2013, Kathleen previously worked at Sandoz as a Sales & Logistics Associate II, where responsibilities included facilitating communication between clients and various operational teams. Prior to that, Kathleen coordinated inventory and material planning at Ashland Inc. and supported sales initiatives at Stainless, Inc. Additionally, Kathleen co-owned and operated Willoughby Racing Stable, a horse racing business, for over a decade. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University and an Associate of Arts in Human Services from Cazenovia College.
