Mohamed Essa is a Finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Alviva Holdings, seconded to Intdev (Pty) Ltd since November 2023, Mohamed oversees a team of five and is responsible for head office reporting. Previously held the position of Group Financial Accountant at Alviva Holdings since January 2020, managing multiple company trial balances and tax calculations. Mohamed's past roles include Financial Manager at VH Fibre Optics (Pty) Ltd, where oversight of the Finance division was key, and Accountant at Ellies Electronics (Pty) Ltd, with a comprehensive accounting function. Earlier experience includes consultancy at Deloitte, audit roles at Squar Milner, Grant Thornton South Africa, and PKF, as well as government audits with Karolia Jeena Inc.
