Joseph Buschini is a financial executive with extensive experience in various roles within the accounting and finance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Alvest Equipment Services since November 2024, Joseph previously held the position of Division CFO for ERMC Aviation, LLC, a subsidiary of Unifi, where duties included overseeing financial operations from February 2020 to November 2024. Earlier experience includes Project Manager at ERMC Aviation and various roles at RSM US LLP from September 2014 to February 2020, including M&A Supervisor and Assurance Associate. Joseph began a career in finance with an Audit Internship at CohnReznick LLP in early 2013. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, earned between 2011 and 2014, as well as earlier studies at the University of West Florida from 2008 to 2011.
