Heather Vaught is an experienced laboratory professional with a strong background in transfusion medicine and laboratory management. Vaught has held various leadership roles, including Blood Bank Coordinator at Alverno Laboratories, Laboratory Manager at Cordant Health Solutions, and Technical Consultant at Versiti Blood Center of Indiana. Additionally, Vaught served as Director of the Methodist ED Laboratory and Director of the Transfusion Medicine Laboratory at Indiana University Health. Vaught holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Indiana University Indianapolis.
