Melissa Keller, CRHA, currently serves as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner at ´¡±ô±¹Ã©´Ç±ô±ð and a Board Member at O3 On Our Own, a non-profit focused on empowering young families. With extensive experience in human resources, Melissa held senior roles at Plusgrade and Lightspeed Commerce, where responsibilities included executing HR strategies, supporting employee development, and managing complex employee relations. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Business Partner position at MAAX BATH and multiple program management roles in community organizations such as the YMCA of Greater Montreal. Melissa holds a Certificate in Human Resources from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Concordia University.
