Rebecca Fitts serves as SVP of Business Strategy at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions since April 2024 and is a Chief Member of the private network Chief, which empowers women in leadership roles. Fitts previously held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development and Expansion at Leap, where significant growth was achieved, including expanding the store portfolio from 7 to 47 locations. Additionally, Fitts has experience as Director of Real Estate at Warby Parker, opening over 40 stores, and has held various leadership roles focusing on real estate strategy and business development at notable companies such as Westfield and Brookfield Properties. Fitts earned an M.S. in Environmental Management & Policy from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BA in Public Affairs from the University at Albany.
