Redya Febriyanto is an accomplished digital product and engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as The Elder of Digital Product and Engineering at ALVA since December 2021, Redya oversees company-wide IT infrastructure and drives innovation in digital experiences, particularly in the electric two-wheeler market. Previous roles include Innovation Lead for E-commerce at Asahi Beverages, where strategies were developed to capture untapped markets, and Entrepreneur In Residence at Startupbootcamp, providing support to energy startups. Redya is also the founder and former CEO of PT. Telunjuk Komputasi Indonesia, significantly growing it into a leading e-commerce price comparison portal in Indonesia. Earlier career experience includes various positions at Indosat, focusing on business development and network management. Redya holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
