Owen Francis is an accomplished executive search professional with extensive experience in higher education and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Higher Education and Non-Profit Practice at Alumni since May 2017, Owen leads initiatives focused on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion consultancy for a global client portfolio. Previously, Owen held the position of Head of Research for Executive Search, where support was provided to public sector organizations in securing executive and academic talent. Prior roles include Consultant in the Charities and Social Enterprise Practice at Green Park and Senior Researcher at Bentley Lewis, with expertise across financial services, healthcare, and technology. Owen's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Critical Methodologies and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, bolstered by a full PhD scholarship at King's College London focused on Psychoanalysis and Gender Studies.
