Kelly Y.S. CHAN, FCCA, FCPA, FHKIoD, is an experienced finance and management professional currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) for several publicly listed companies, including CIAO International Limited, CMPort, Aluminum Corporation Of China Limited, and Morimatsu International Holdings Co Ltd. Additionally, Kelly holds the position of Managing Director at Peony Consulting Services, focusing on management advisory including corporate governance and risk management. As Program Director of the Asia CFO Council at The Conference Board, Kelly facilitates knowledge sharing among C-Suite executives. Previously, Kelly served in senior finance roles at LVMH and The HEINEKEN Company, as well as holding a managerial position at Deloitte. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong.
