Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of organic products and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutrióloga in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught courses at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, focusing on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana obtained a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México in 2015.
