Janice Amey has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Alumet since July 2011. Prior to this role, Janice held multiple positions at Elisabeth the Chef from 1996 to April 2011, including HR Services Manager, Group HR Manager, Group Payroll, HR Policies and Recruitment Manager, and Group Payroll Manager. Janice's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (CIPD) from Coventry University, a BA in Business Studies specializing in HRM from Brunel University of London, and an HND in Business and Finance from Bournemouth University.
