Matt Niblock is a seasoned recruitment and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As a Recruitment Consultant at ALTUS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS since August 2024, Matt focuses on supporting job openings in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to this, Matt held multiple titles at Phase2 from April 2018 to July 2024, including VP of Talent Acquisition and VP of Employee Experience. Matt also served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Paradyme Management Inc., where the focus was on aligning IT and business processes. Earlier in the career, Matt gained valuable experience as Regional Sales Manager at Profiles, Division President at Abacus Technical Staffing, and CEO and Co-Founder of Conexus Staffing, Inc. A foundational role as Account Manager at TEKsystems involved delivering IT resources to large clients. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Vermont and furthered education at Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management.
