Diane Deboer-Schmitt is the Director of Finance at Altus Inc. Prior to their current position, Diane was an accountant at Ag Business Solutions LLC from October 2004 to August 2010. From January 1999 to February 2003, Diane worked as the assistant controller at Waste Management. In March 2003, they became the controller and office manager at Grand Eagle Insulation and held that position until February 2004. Diane then worked as a staff accountant at Trident Automotive Lighting from February 1997 to January 1999. From October 1993 to February 1997, they were a team coordinator/benefits specialist at United Health Care Corporation. Prior to that, Diane was a senior customer service representative at Montgomery Wards from May 1991 to May 1994. Her first job was as an office assistant at Grand Rapids Welding Supply Company from May 1991 to September 1993.

Diane Deboer-Schmitt has obtained a BBA in Finance/Accounting from Grand Valley State University, as well as two AA degrees from Grand Rapids Community College - one in Photography and one in General Studies. Diane also holds a HS Diploma in Accounting from Northview High School.

Diane Deboer-Schmitt reports to Craig VanderHeide, CEO. They work with Joe Hillebrand - Director, Sales, Salvatore Vilardi - Director, Engineering, and Bridget Conley - Director, Marketing.
