Dr. Roopa K.S. is the President of Altrusa International's Bangalore Chapter, serving as the Nodal Officer at Smt VHD Central Institute Of Home Science Community College, and holding the titles of Head of the Department and Professor at Smt VHD Central Institute Of Home Science. Dr. Roopa holds a Ph.D. in Home Science from Bangalore University, as well as a Master's Degree in Home Science with a Human Development specialization and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development.
