Rebecca Gray has extensive experience in product development, brand management, and flavor innovation within the tobacco industry. Currently serving as Head of Heated Tobacco Platforms at Altria since December 2016, Rebecca has held various senior positions including Sr. Director of Reduced Harm Product Development and Director of Flavor Design and Maintenance. Prior to Altria, Rebecca worked at PM USA as Brand Manager for Next Generation Products and at Philip Morris as Associate Brand Manager for Parliament & Daves. With a strong background in flavor creation and consumer insight translation, Rebecca has contributed significantly to product development and innovation across multiple roles, starting as a Senior Flavorist at Philip Morris.
