Marge Connelly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Altria since October 2021 and PRA Group since January 2018, Connelly has a rich history in operational management, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Convergys from November 2014 to December 2017. Additional notable roles include Interim President at Longwood University, Global Chief Operating Officer at Barclaycard, Chief Operating Officer and President of the Business Services Group at Wachovia Securities, and Executive Vice President of Operations at Capital One. Connelly began their career as Vice President of Cardmember Operations at First USA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware and completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
