Shantel Bergantinos has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Shantel started their career as a Teller at Bank of Hawaii in 2004 before transitioning to become a Title Representative at Title Guaranty in 2005. In 2006, they joined TMI Management Systems, Inc. as a Medical Support Assistant. Shantel then joined ALTRES in 2015 and held various roles including Client Care Assistant, Client Care Generalist, and currently, they serve as a Client Care Specialist. Shantel'sexperience in customer service and support roles demonstrates their strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different environments.

Shantel Bergantinos attended Med-Assist School of Hawaii Inc in 2002, where they studied Medical/Clinical Assistant. Prior to that, they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities at Leeward Community College from 1999 to 2000.
