Katerina Lauer serves as the Senior Director of Retention at Altrata since May 2022, following a distinguished tenure at WealthEngine since January 2008, where roles included Senior Director of SMB Renewals, Vice President of Retention and Customer Success, and various sales positions. Katerina has overseen the Retention Team for Non-Profit Clients, played a key role in enhancing the Customer Service Program, and managed teams through significant organizational transitions. Other accolades include being recognized as Non-Profit Sales Rep of the Year in 2017 and Salesperson of the Year in 2012. Earlier experience includes roles in educational and recreational settings, beginning as an Actor and Puppeteer with Madcap Puppets in 2001 and culminating in a Business Development Representative position at Irons Oaks Environmental Learning Center & Foundation. Katerina holds a degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton.
