Vital Rulinski has extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as a Project Manager at Altoros since November 2014, overseeing both internal and external commercial projects while managing a team of 13 developers. Previous roles include PHP Lead Developer and PHP Developer at Altoros, as well as a PHP Web Developer at MNG Software and Project Manager at MVK-Stroy. Early career experience includes research work at the Physical Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, focusing on the diagnostics and repair of gas and oil pipelines. Vital Rulinski holds a degree from Belarusian State University, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
