Luana Nogueira is an experienced project manager and team leader, currently serving as the Implementation Manager at Pixeon since February 2019, where responsibilities include personnel development and recruitment. Previously, Luana held the position of Project Manager at Medicnor Sistemas (July 2010 - January 2019), overseeing software implementation for healthcare facilities, handling project planning, risk analysis, and conflict management, while also being a partner in the company. Luana began the career as an Attendant at MHZ - Soluções em Saúde (January 2008 - June 2010), managing patient consultations and surgical authorizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Joaquim Nabuco and further studies at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
