Fred Mifflin is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Vice Chair at Blair Franklin Capital Partners since June 2007, Mifflin provides expert advice on financial restructurings and valuation. Additional roles include Director at Toromont Industries Ltd, where Mifflin contributes to audit and human resources committees; Director and Chair at Uni-Select Inc.; Lead Independent Director at Altius Minerals Corporation, overseeing significant acquisitions; and Chair of Trinity Capital Management Inc.
