Jef Sprengers is currently an Associate Corporate/ M&A Law at ALTIUS, where Jef advises Belgian and international clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to their current role, Jef worked as a Junior Associate at ESSENZIA ADVOCATEN, focusing on private banking law, corporate law, and insolvency proceedings. Jef also has experience as a Chairman of the Student Council at Antwerp Management School, where Jef set up initiatives and coordinated projects to support full-time masters. In addition, Jef has held positions such as Graduate Consultant at Storo_extraruimte, Scouts Leader at Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen, and Bar Manager at Tomorrowland. Jef has a strong background in law, with a Master's degree from the University of Antwerp and exchange experience at Masaryk University Brno.
