Dennis Swanson has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Altium Packaging since May 2017. Previously, Dennis worked as Director of Operations at the same company, and as Plant Manager at Graham Packaging from December 2013 to May 2017, overseeing blow-molding operations for rigid plastic containers. Dennis also held the role of Plant Manager at New England Confectionery Company, Inc. and AkzoNobel Powder Coatings, focusing on operational excellence and safe production. Earlier in Dennis's career, the role of Director of Manufacturing at Benjamin Moore Paints involved managing multiple facilities with over 500 employees and developing supply chain strategies. Dennis started the career in supply chain activities as a Scheduler/Materials Coordinator at Benjamin Moore Paints. A graduate of Newbury College with a B.S. in Business Administration, Dennis has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing productivity, product quality, and safety within manufacturing environments.
