Grant has more than 20 years’ experience in IT staffing, sales and business development. In 2006, he co-founded Toronto-based boutique IT staffing firm Keen Technology Consulting Inc. and built it into one of Canada’s top-50 growing companies (with over 7000% growth) before selling it in 2019.

Throughout his wide-ranging career, Grant has garnered extensive knowledge of the tech sector and an in-depth understanding of the critical role a staffing partner can play in today’s highly competitive talent market.
