Martin Sierra possesses extensive experience in sales and human resources management, with a current position as Gerente Gestion Humana and Gerente Desarrollo de Ventas at Altipal S.A.S since June 2018. Previously, Martin served as Gerente Ventas Colombia at Herbalife from March 2014 to April 2018 and held various roles at Diageo from August 2002 to March 2015, focusing on sales development and trade marketing. Initial career stages included positions as Key Account Manager at Varta and Gerente de cuenta at Procter & Gamble. Martin holds a Maestria en Gestion Humana y Desarrollo Organizacional from Universidad Externado de Colombia, an Especialista en Mercadeo from Universidad de Los Andes, and an Ingeniero Industrial degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
