Makbul Shaik is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in designing and developing base stations for telecommunication companies. Makbul has worked at multiple companies, including Altiostar Networks, Inc. and Asmaitha Wireless Technologies Pvt Ltd. At Altiostar Networks, Inc., they served as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for executing the mechanical design and developing macro and micro base stations. This involved concept development, detailed designs, PCB-mechanical design, tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFA reviews. Prior to this, Makbul worked at Asmaitha Wireless Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Technical Lead, where they owned the complete ownership of mechanical design for electro-mechanical packaging and led a team of engineers for project execution, resource management, and mentoring. Makbul also has experience working at Powerwave Technologies as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer and at ALDAR Laing Orourke as a Sr. CAD Engineer.

Makbul Shaik obtained their diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University between the years 1997 and 2000.
