Luís Reis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project management and business development, particularly within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Startup Business Developer at Altice Labs since March 2018, Luís is involved in the ENTER Program, focusing on identifying and collaborating with startups to enhance Altice Portugal’s value proposition. Previous roles include Senior IT Consultant at Altice Labs from 2014 to 2018, Senior IT Project Manager at Portugal Telecom from 2008 to 2014, and an IT Project Manager for independent projects from 2005 to 2008, among other positions. Luís holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, along with post-graduate qualifications in Creative Industries Management and Electronic Business Processes.
