Alisa Băbuș started their work experience in 2013 at Best Recruitment Services, where they worked in the role of Licitatii publice until 2015. In 2015, they joined RoGroup International as a Key Account Executive and worked there until 2019. Since February 2019, Alisa has been working as a Product Manager at ALTEX Romania.

Alisa Băbuș completed their undergraduate studies from 2010 to 2013 at the University of Bucharest. Alisa pursued a degree in Political Science and Government, obtaining a Licenta.
