Erik Hansen currently serves as Vice President at Clearlake Capital Group since August 2018 and holds multiple board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at Alteryx, RSA Security, Tungsten Automation, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Zywave. Erik was also a board member at Brightly from June 2019 to August 2022. Previous experience includes being an Associate in Software Private Equity at Thoma Bravo from July 2016 to July 2018 and working as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Technology Group at Lazard from June 2014 to June 2016. Erik Hansen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Amherst College, earned from 2010 to 2014, and attended The Taft School from 2008 to 2009.
