Kristin Marrero, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Alterra Property Group since March 2023. Previously, Kristin held the position of Property Accountant at EQT Exeter from November 2021 to March 2023 and worked as a Business Analyst at ASTM International from February 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included liaising between stakeholder groups and ensuring alignment between business and technology. Kristin's earlier experience at Liberty Property Trust spanned several roles, including IT Project Manager/Financial Analyst, where technology integration in accounting tasks was a focus, and Senior Accountant, supervising another accountant. Prior to this, Kristin served as a Senior Accountant at CBS Radio and began a career in accounting as an Accounts Payable specialist. Kristin holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
