Melanie Bertotto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in guest journey management and experience research. Currently serving as a Guest Journey Manager at Alterra Mountain Company since March 2022, Melanie previously held various roles at SAP, including Experience Management Researcher and Program Manager. In these positions, responsibilities included developing research programs to enhance customer and employee experiences, managing data collection and analysis, and creating insightful reports for stakeholders. Melanie's expertise also encompasses the development of net new research instruments and survey programs, as well as utilizing Tableau for actionable insights from customer data. Academically, Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
