David Boy Tonara is an accomplished professional in the technology and innovation sectors, currently serving as a Board Member and Chief of Alterra Academy since November 2019, where efforts focus on building Indonesian tech talent support systems. David also holds positions as Head of Innovation and Academy Enabler at Alterra Indonesia since August 2018, alongside roles such as VP of AI and Operations and VP of Strategy and Product at Avatara.id since December 2022. David's previous experience includes serving as Head of Program at the Artificial Intelligence Institute for Progress, Guild Game Strategist on the founding team of RRQ Guild, and Co-Founder at Tavest. David has a strong educational background with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Surabaya.
