The Behavior and Program Specialists team at Alternative Paths Training School (APTS) is responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and educational programs. This team works collaboratively to support students with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and Emotional or Learning Disabilities by facilitating their engagement in academic, vocational, and life skills activities. They ensure the full implementation of studentsā€™ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and address self-injurious and aggressive behaviors to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
