Randall Hopkins, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA has a diverse work experience in the field of behavior analysis and juvenile justice. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Juvenile Correctional Officer/ Resident specialist 1 at the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice, where they demonstrated their ability to effectively supervise and work with diverse groups of juveniles, while also serving as a positive role model and counselor. Randall had a working knowledge of conflict resolution and crisis intervention techniques in a residential or secure setting, and was skilled in quickly assessing situations and providing appropriate responses. Randall joined Alternative Paths Training School in 2016, starting as a Behavior Specialist and later taking on roles as a Behavioral Services Supervisor and Regional Behavior Director. Their current role as the Regional Behavior Director started in August 2022, where they continue to contribute their expertise in behavior analysis and leadership in the organization.
Randall Hopkins, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, attended Old Dominion University from 2008 to 2013 where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. In 2017, they pursued further education at George Mason University College of Public Health and completed their Master of Education (MEd) degree with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019.
