Mickela Vucetich Telaya is an experienced professional in communications and institutional relations, currently serving as a Communications and Institutional Relations Officer at Alterna since May 2022. Prior positions include work in global partnerships and development at the International Chamber of Commerce, consultancy at the United Nations System Staff College, and governance and institutional relations with Club de Madrid. From August 2019 to May 2020, Mickela acted as an Economic and Financial Affairs Advisor for the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations and briefly contributed to UNICEF's social impact initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Foreign Trade and Investment Analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism. Mickela holds a Master’s degree in International Development from IE School of Politics, Economics & Global Affairs, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the same institution, complemented by an exchange program in Political Affairs at City, University of London.
