Julien Martin has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Julien is currently working as the Head of Corporate & Securities legal department at ALTEN, where they are responsible for Corporate & Securities law, Corporate governance, and Financial law. Julien manages a team of five people and reports directly to the Group General Counsel. Before joining ALTEN, Julien worked as the Head of Corporate & Securities law at Lagardère from October 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel in Corporate & Securities law at Accor from 2018 to 2020. Julien also gained experience as a Legal Counsel at Elior Group and as a Legal intern at ESI Group and Dassault Systèmes. Julien started their legal career as a Juriste stagiaire at SOFIGES Avocats and also worked as an Assistant at the Tribunal de Grande Instance, where they observed mediation procedures.

Julien MARTIN pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law with a specialization in Legal English at Université du Maine from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they completed their Master's degree in Business Law at Université de Rennes 1 in 2010. Julien then continued their education at Université du Maine, where they obtained a professional Master's degree in Business Law, Banking, and Finance in 2012. Julien further pursued a research Master's degree in Private Law at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg until 2011. Julien completed their secondary education at Lycée Montesquieu, specializing in Sciences, and obtained their Baccalauréat sérénage S degree.
