Ivy C Zhang has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ivy C started their career as an Associate Consultant at HRnet One in January 2013. After that, they worked as a Branch Operations Supervisor at Gallus Ferd. Rueesch AG from May 2013 to October 2016. Ivy C then joined ALTEN, where they served as a Project HR Manager from October 2016 to May 2019. Later, they progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager/Lead Recruiter, International Program at ALTEN, where they excelled in headhunting, managing interviews, and collaborating with business leaders. Currently, Ivy is working at ALTEN as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Ivy C Zhang completed their Master's degree in Education at the University of York from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from Shanghai University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Ivy is currently pursuing the CHRL certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, with an expected completion year of 2022.
