Salma Boukacha is currently employed as a SW ECU Release Engineer at Alten Maroc, where responsibilities include developing and managing flash calibration for Powertrain Components for STLA North America, along with releasing flash calibrations and reviewing customer requirements. Previously, Salma held the position of Requirements Engineer, focusing on creating software requirements specifications and collaborating with software developers and testers. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship where Salma was involved in the detailed design and software architecture for Body Control Module components. Salma's background also includes work as an electrical maintenance engineer at Domaine Royal Douiet Fès and as a methods engineer at Alstom, contributing to operational efficiency improvement. Salma holds a Master's degree in Intelligent Systems and Energy and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Fès.
