Ahlam Mira is a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at ALTEN MAROC since February 2023, responsible for analyzing functional requirements, writing and enriching test scenarios, preparing test data, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing anomalies using JIRA. Previously, Ahlam served as a Functional Testing Consultant at Majjane from February 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities included client needs analysis, project planning, functional specification writing, and testing API functionality. Ahlam also held roles as a Web Project Manager and Functional Testing Consultant, focusing on client needs formalization and test execution. Earlier experience includes a position as a Web Developer at TEACHIUM, contributing to the establishment of an online training space on Moodle. Ahlam holds a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems and a Professional Bachelor's in Management Computer Science from Université Abdelmalek Essaâdi Tétouan, alongside a DUT in Multimedia and Web Design from Ecole normale supérieure.
