Niko Helin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Niko is currently working at ALTEN Finland as the Head of Sector for Growth Accounts. Prior to this, they held positions such as Coaching Business Manager, Experienced Business Manager, Business Manager, Senior Designer & Business Developer, and Senior Designer - Technical Documentation at the same company. Additionally, Niko was the Founder of CoachingHub and worked as a Documentation Engineer at Etteplan Group. Niko also gained experience as a Sales Representative at Laakkonen Group and Kymijoen Kyläkuitu, a Forwarding Agent at Stella Group, and a Doorman at Order Oy.

From 2008 to 2013, Niko Helin attended Metropolia University of Applied Sciences where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management and Engineering.
