Wendy Wagner Finley, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and instructional design. Currently serving as the National Sales Training Manager and Sr Instructional Designer at Altec since June 2010, Wendy is responsible for developing learning solutions that enhance product knowledge for Account Managers and Technical Sales. Wendy's background includes managing CAD systems, maintaining software relationships, and integrating custom CAD programs, alongside previous roles as an Applications Engineer focused on hydraulic and electrical solutions for mobile equipment. Earlier experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, where Wendy optimized fabrication areas and implemented inventory systems. Wendy holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
