Roy Millberg is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as an EH&S Manager and Production Manager at Altec since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations at the Knuckleboom Crane Final Assembly Plant. Previously, Roy held positions ranging from Engineering Supervisor II, leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers, to Manufacturing Engineer focused on lean engineering principles to enhance efficiency and quality. Prior experience includes an Industrial Engineering internship at Cree, where time studies were conducted to streamline processes, and a role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at NC State University. Roy also completed a Project Intern position at Oracle, developing test plans for software quality assurance. Education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
