Mark Colomb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and training development. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Altec since June 2017, Mark collaborates with management and subject matter experts to assess training needs and enhance performance through effective training programs. Prior roles include Senior Consultant and Founder at VECTOR Training and Consulting, and Senior Instructional Designer at TEK Source USA, where Mark focused on improving training effectiveness for sensitive roles. Mark's background also includes significant contributions as an Instructional Systems Designer at Northrop Grumman and as a Research Analyst for the United States Army. Educationally, Mark holds a Master of Public Administration in Homeland Security Policy and Coordination from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Training Development from the University of Louisville.
