Jason Thorn is an experienced production supervisor currently at Altec since September 2020, following a tenure as production area manager at Vermeer Corporation where Jason managed the Paint and Central Receiving Departments. Previous roles include process pro, project manager, and wage administration manager at John Deere, where Jason coached and trained teams on project processes and methodologies. Jason has also held senior manufacturing and engineering roles at Allsteel and The HON Company, contributing to operational consolidations and process improvements, as well as receiving a patent for product design. Earlier experience includes customer service engineering at Fisher Controls. Jason holds an MBA from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University.
