Lee Ricci is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in directing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Altamonte Springs since July 2021, Ricci previously held the position of HR/Risk Management Director for the City of Longwood, overseeing HR operations for a diverse workforce of approximately 150 employees. Past roles include HR Director for Seminole County Government, Co-Chair for Membership at Central Florida Human Resources Association, Director of Human Resources at Cross, Fernandez & Riley, LLP, and numerous HR consulting positions. Ricci's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida.
