Richard K. Black, JD, CFPĀ®, is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Altair Advisers LLC since June 2002, focusing on client service, business development, and firm management, while also overseeing legal and regulatory matters. Prior to this, Richard served as a Principal at Arthur Andersen from May 1997 to May 2002, where Richard K. led the growth of the Investment Advisory Services practice. Previous roles include Investment Consultant at Performance Analytics, Vice President at The Boston Company and Continental Bank NA, and Analyst for various agencies within the United States Government. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and an AB in Political Science/International Relations from Kenyon College.
