Matt Fralick, PE, PTOE, is an Associate Engineer at Alta Planning + Design since April 2019. Previously, Matt held positions as an ITS/Traffic Engineer at Jacobs from March 2015 to March 2019 and as a Traffic Engineer at URS Corporation from January 2012 to March 2015. Matt's experience includes managing 96 intersections on the US 41/SR 3/Cobb Parkway through the Georgia Department of Transportation's Regional Traffic Operations Program and contributing to the ITS/Traffic design of several major State Routes. Earlier in Matt's career, a role as a Civil Engineer Associate involved designing intersection safety enhancement projects in South Carolina, and an internship at Archer Western Construction focused on DOT estimation and project engineering. Matt earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2012.
