Lynn Piquard, CA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Lynn began their career with Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants LLP, where they worked as an Assurance - Senior Staff Accountant for four years. During this time, they gained experience in preparing and auditing financial statements, analyzing business processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

In 2002, Lynn joined AltaLink as a Senior Financial Accountant. Here, they were responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, as well as being involved in various aspects of the regulatory process. Lynn also performed monthly accounting and reporting duties.

After three years at AltaLink, Lynn moved to FortisAlberta in 2005, where they took on the role of Assistant Controller. In this position, they were responsible for financial reporting, including the preparation and review of financial statements. Lynn also played a key role in the conversion to International Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAP.

Most recently, Lynn worked at AltaGas as Director Finance, beginning in 2013. Lynn'smajor project during their tenure was leading the finance integration of the $9.3 billion acquisition of WGL Holdings, Inc., including the assumption of debt and preferred shares.
