Nathan Roos has extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at altafiber since March 2020, and simultaneously holding the same title at Cincinnati Bell since February 2012. Previous roles include Team Leader for Data & Video and Network Surveillance Data Technician at Cincinnati Bell, where responsibilities encompassed managing technician teams, monitoring service efficiency, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Prior to Cincinnati Bell, Nathan held leadership positions at Pomeroy IT Solutions and GameStop, and Game Crazy. Nathan holds a high school diploma with a focus on Science and Math from Colerain Senior High School, completed in 2000.
