Peter W. Schroeder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, insurance, and military service. Currently serving as an Area Manager for Assembly at Oshkosh Defense since March 2017, Peter oversees team safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Additionally, as a Health Insurance Agent with Alta Resources since August 2012, Peter has assisted over 1,000 families in navigating health insurance complexities. Peter also has a notable military background, having served as a Battalion Construction Officer, Company Executive Officer, and Platoon Leader in the US Army from May 2012 to 2020. Prior to their current roles, Peter worked as a Financial Services Professional at MassMutual Financial Group. Peter holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BS in Sociology/Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, complemented by a Graduate certificate from the Law Enforcement Recruit Academy at Fox Valley Technical College.
